Senior Software Developer
Skills you need to have:
- PHP 5
- Object Oriented & Design Pattern Expertise
- MySQL
- CSS & HTML5
- JavaScript & jQuery
- SVN or Git
- Unix (FreeBSD)

What you need for this position:
- PHP Expert with at least 5+ Years Complex Web Framework/Application Experience
- Experience working with web technologies, preferably within the ecommerce space
- Web development experience including a deep understanding of CSS, Javascript, web standards and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong software architecture and design sensibility with emphasis on clarity and reusability
- Experience working with NoSQL databases and object relational mapping a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Pragmatically solving problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining both server side and client side application and infrastructure code
- Working closely with, and incorporating feedback from, product management, interaction designers, and other teams

Project Manager
What You Need for This Position

- Proven record of identifying efficiencies and process improvements
- Personality that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity utilizing Agile and Scurm methodologies
- Superior emotional intelligence and mature, measured judgement in all situations
- 3-5 years experience managing projects and teams for multi-million dollar clients
- College degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining project schedules and ensuring targets are met to client satisfaction
- Providing outstanding results for clients while maintaining exceptional level of ongoing customer service
- Facilitating knowledge transfer between team and clients
- Utilizing analytical and creative thinking while working developers and clients to meet project deadlines
- Collaborating with team members in a remote environment
- Managing team and client relationships autonomously
